Our driver teams will give you a 30 minute call ahead before they arrive. Due to routing instructions, road and weather conditions, or other factors, we cannot guarantee a specific pick-up time.

Pick-ups are scheduled between 8:30 and 3:00, Monday through Friday.

Our pick-up routes follow a set pattern.

$150 if more than one level inside the apartment.

Items in an apartment building above the first floor ( building must have an elevator).

$125 if up to a second floor and down to a basement.

$100 if up to a second floor or down to a basement.

Items above or below the first floor in a house.

All items on a first floor, on the porch, or in a garage $50.

There is a fee for one of our trucks to pick-up at your location.
